Return & Refund Policy

At STUDIO DABOUNI LTD, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference (e.g. you don’t like the item)

Please ensure you carefully check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The print is faulty or incorrect
  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at hello@studiodabouni.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims relating to defective or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Returns

We do not require items to be returned unless specifically requested. In most cases, a replacement will be issued without requiring a return.
